Arrival & Departure
Please note when planning your journey: Rooms are available from 1.00 pm on day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 10.00 am on day of departure.
Deposit & Payment
To confirm your booking we require a deposit of € 100 per room transferred to our bank account. Only then is your booking valid.

Non-smoking Rooms
Please note that smoking is not permitted in the bedrooms. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes in the smokers' lounge or outside.
Conditions of Cancellation
Room cancellations are only valid in writing. In the event of cancellation up to 3 months prior to arrival no charges will be made, up to 1 month prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 3 nights will be charges. For cancellations within a 1 month of arrival or early departure a fee of 80% of booked holiday will be charged. Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Travel Insurance
A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation charges will be made. Anything can happen (illness, accident etc ...). Therefore we recommend you take out Travel Insurance.
