Things you should know about a holiday at the 3 star

If you take the bed & breakfast option there is a price discount of € 10,00/per night.
Internet access via Wi-Fi is available throughout the whole hotel.

In summer use of the sauna and steam room is free of charge 1x per week (on Wednesdays) and in winter free of charge daily.

Please note that the Hotel Hammerwirt-Forellenhof is a non-smoking house. Smokers may enjoy their cigarettes on the balcony or outdoors.
You're welcome to bring your dog (€ 15,00/night).
The local tax (overnight stay tax and mobility contribution) is not included in the prices (€ 4,- per day per person from 16 years).

Children's reduction are only valid when sharing parents' room.
- up to 1,9 years: 80% reduction
- 2 to 5,9 years: 50% reduction
- 6 to 9,9 years: 30% reduction
- 10 to 13,9 years: 20% reduction
One person free of charge per 20 paying persons.
- Surcharge for double room for single use per person and night: € 30,00.
For stays of less than 3 nights we charge a short stay supplement of € 5,00/person and night.
To confirm your reservation we require a deposit of € 100,00 per room to be transferred to one of our bank accounts. Should you prefer payment by credit card, please send us your credit card number so we can debit the deposit.

The following cancellation conditions apply:
Room cancellations are only valid in writing.
- Up to 3 months prior to arrival: no cancellation fees.
- Up to 1 month prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 3 nights will be charged.
- Within 1 month prior to arrival or early departure a cancellation fee of 80 % of booked holiday will be charged.
Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
A booking is a purchase agreement. In the event of cancellation, late arrival and early departure cancellation fees will be charged. Anything can happen (illness, accident...). Therefore we recommend you take out travel insurance.
